Uchiha Yin had only said that to help Karura and Pakura feel more certain of their own feelings.

"Did you think we'd wear clothes like this in front of someone we weren't close to?"
Pakura picked up where Karura left off, adjusting her clothes as she spoke.
"We're modest women, you know. We wouldn't let anyone else see us like this."

"So hurry up and take a bath!"
Working together, Karura and Pakura pushed Uchiha Yin into the bathroom.
