Anko, Kurenai, and Rin looked thoroughly embarrassed by Tu Susu's question.
Back then, Anko, Kurenai, Rin, and Shizune had wanted Uchiha Yin to train them, but Tu Susu had not gone along.

"How could that happen? It couldn't, right?" Rin said in disbelief.
"Really? I think it's quite possible. Maybe Shizune's enjoying herself." Kurenai's remark had a mischievous edge, though there was a hint of resentment in her voice.
"Surely not?" Anko sounded uncertain now, too.
Anko was no fool. Kurenai and Rin's act had fooled her while she was still dazed, but once she came to her senses, she saw through it.
As the girls discussed the matter, Shizune returned.
"Shizune, you're back!" Rin hurried over when she saw her.
Anko and the others followed.
"Shizune, you're back?"
