"What did you say? Mizukage Yagura was being controlled?"

Surprise flashed across Kisame's face.

But it quickly faded, giving way to thought.

Yagura's actions really had been far too strange.

After becoming the Fourth Mizukage, Yagura's first move had not been to go after Konoha. Instead, he had targeted Kirigakure's bloodline clans. It made no sense.

Kisame had been puzzled at the time, but he had not dwelled on it.

He had assumed Yagura knew Konoha would be a hard target, so he had gone after people in Kirigakure first to establish his authority.

But from what Uchiha Yin had said, that apparently was not the case.

Kisame was often ordered to harm Mist Ninja, but he was still loyal to Kirigakure and to the Mizukage.

Whether the current Mizukage deserved that loyalty, however, was something Kisame now had to consider carefully.

If the current Mizukage truly was being controlled, was Kisame still being loyal to Kirigakure?

Surprise showed on Juzo Biwa's face as well. Clearly, he had not known Yagura was being controlled.

If Uchiha Yin had not said it himself, Juzo Biwa would have scoffed at the claim.

But coming from Uchiha Yin, it left Juzo Biwa seventy or eighty percent certain it was true.

Then again, if Yagura's control had been so easy to detect, Madara Uchiha would not have been Madara Uchiha, and Black Zetsu would not have been Black Zetsu.

"The Mizukage is being controlled? Are you sure? Do you have any proof?"

Kisame did not trust Uchiha Yin completely. He stared at him and pressed for an answer.

He tried to find some tell in Uchiha Yin's Wood Clone.

But Kisame could see nothing.

"No proof. But the information is absolutely reliable. Want to bet on it?" the Wood Clone asked, looking at Kisame
