That was right. In Madara Uchiha's eyes, Kirigakure was nothing more than a pawn of little importance.
Even if Uchiha Yin took it from him, it would be no great loss.
Besides, Uchiha Yin's arrival had stirred something in Madara's blood.
Madara could feel that he had little life left. Why not spend what remained in one last, glorious battle with Uchiha Yin?
The thought even left Uchiha Yin feeling a little excited.
"Black Zetsu, take Obito and leave. Send word to Kisame, too. Have him stay in Kirigakure as our spy." With that, Madara Uchiha rose from his seat.
"Obito, Black Zetsu, the plan rests with you from now on!"
"Yes, Lord Madara." "All right, Madara," Black Zetsu and Obito replied in turn.
Then the two of them set off to carry out Madara's orders.
Obito was still reluctant, but he knew what mattered most.
For a moment, hatred had simply blinded him.
Obito was no longer the person he had once been. He had matured considerably.
Once he regained his composure, he agreed with Madara Uchiha's decision.
Black Zetsu had never wanted much contact with Uchiha Yin in the first place, so he agreed with Madara even more readily.
"Lord Yin, what do we do now? Should we spread the news?" After confirming that Yagura really was being controlled, Ao turned to Uchiha Yin with a grave expression.
"That was my original plan. But it seems we won't need to now, do you think?" Uchiha Yin said, looking toward the door of the Mizukage's Office.
Yin had originally come to put Madara Uchiha on notice, then use public opinion to spread the news that Yagura was being controlled.
He was in no hurry.
What Yin hadn't expected was that Madara Uchiha would be the one to grow impatient.
