Saying I'm Running Away? And I Still Owe More Updates and a Big Burst?

As the title says, I'm not happy about that claim.

You're taking advantage of the fact that someone in my family has no time, right?

With my temper, there's no way I'm letting that slide.

I checked: I posted only one chapter on four days this month, so I owe four chapters.

The monthly vote count hit 2,500 today, which means I owe another four chapters—eight in total.

Starting on the 2nd, I'll post three chapters a day to make up for them.

If the monthly vote count reaches 2,000 before August 10, I'll post three chapters a day straight through the end of the month.

Tell me: what author planning to run away would post this much? Update this often?
