My Back's Been Bothering Me, So I Went for a Checkup Today. Taking the Day Off

My lower back had been bothering me lately, so I went for a full checkup.

I had a bulging disc, but thankfully it hadn't herniated. The doctor told me not to sit for too long and to move around more.

I had severe fatty liver disease, so the doctor told me to exercise more and lose weight.

I was deficient in vitamin D, and my bone density was low. The doctor told me to get outside more and spend some time in the sun.

Those were the results I could see right away.

I'd probably have to wait a few days for the rest.

Sigh. I'm taking the day off. Two chapters tomorrow.
