The Secret Realm was too small. Without Arceus's Teleport, Xu Mu couldn't keep his pursuers at a distance forever.
Left with no choice, Xu Mu led them around the Sea God Secret Realm more than a dozen times, but they still cut him off.

If Xu Mu had been alone, he could have summoned Eternatus, gone straight for the destruction of the Secret Realm, and taken his enemies down with him.
But he couldn't do that now. The old man was still here!
