It took Annan thirty minutes to drift out of the Dance Floor on unsteady feet.
He had never liked banquets that much.
As his standing rose, Annan no longer needed banquets to make connections with nobles. Wherever he visited, invitations usually came pouring in, leaving him free to choose.
Besides, banquets meant dancing countless dances. By the time he left, he smelled as if he had sampled every perfume in a shop.
Late that night, the banquet finally ended.
The noblewomen and young ladies left wanting more, while Annan dragged his exhausted body back to his room.
"Any young ladies catch your eye?"
"Not one."
To Annan, none of them had as much charm as a single one of Gloria's pandas.
"Oh, you're a sorcerer." Black Widow nodded in understanding.
