The lamps were burning bone clubs, and molten lava wound through the tavern, making demons feel as though they had come home to the Abyss. Otherwise, it was much like a tavern in a human town: the patrons were demons, the prostitutes were succubi, and the wine was blood.
There was even a human bard singing and playing an instrument in the middle of the tavern.
Annan stared at him for a long while. Aidan had once said that the Bard liked to dress as a bard and turn up in all sorts of places.
