The Crimson Princess had regained her pride. She strode past the guard with her head held high, then gathered her skirts and leaped onto the dragon's back.

"Count Pedro, go back to the Council and protect Dracula and the others," Annan instructed.

The Blue Dragon soared into the air. The Crimson Princess pointed excitedly ahead, guiding the dragons on their way.

Annan asked the Crimson Princess for a few more Sapphires and quietly slipped them to the Blue Dragon beneath him.
