"You need to complete the Path of the Blood Saint sooner. The two spacetime dimensions are too close now, and what happens on your side directly affects his actions on his." Xi explained. Xu Yuan nodded, picked up the Ninefold Nether Shadow Sword, and looked across the street.
Everyone in Torch Dragon Residence was dead.
The monster controlling it all—the black humanoid—stood across the street, head tilted as it stared at Xu Yuan, seemingly confused. "Kill it."
Xu Yuan spoke.
"Yes." Xi answered and vanished from where she stood.
The black humanoid sensed something wrong and shot into the sky, colliding with Xi as she moved to intercept it.
The two figures clashed back and forth across the sky, unleashing all manner of Mystic Arts and powers in an evenly matched fight.
Their power was so immense that the shockwaves alone whipped up gale after gale across the ground, swiftly flattening the houses.

Xi kicked the black humanoid Monster away, sending it crashing deep into the earth.
But the Monster burst back out, black light and shadow streaming from its body. It struck Xi hundreds of times in succession and sent her flying.

Xu Yuan clicked his tongue.
Only an Attendant God could fight at that level.
But this was just a conventional fight. Neither side had used any abilities.
