An Ancient God appeared on the battlefield, a Crimson Spear in its hand.
After Ten Days reset again and again, humanity gradually learned the Fiendish Monsters' strengths, weaknesses, and methods. In the battle now, humanity had even begun to gain the upper hand.
After weighing it over, the Ancient God decided to intervene personally.
Even if humanity had a billion chances to try again, they could never defeat me!
I might as well kill them myself and sacrifice them to increase my power!
With that thought,
the Ancient God raised its spear high, ready to wipe out every human on the battlefield with a single strike.
Suddenly,
it stepped back, its expression grave as it looked toward the Human Race's position.
Someone was walking out from their lines.
Lu Feiming.
"You finally showed yourself. I thought you'd become human and no longer cared about your original Mission."
The Ancient God sneered.
"That was the plan. But I've suddenly found something new to pursue—the world outside is more exciting. I need to kill you and bring peace to the Three Realms before I can do anything else," Lu Feiming said.
The Ancient God threw back its head and laughed. "You think you can do that?
"You split off thirty percent of your power! Just to live as a human, you gave up that much power. Regretting it now?"
Lu Feiming smiled silently, a knowing look in his eyes.
Suddenly,
a shadow that looked much like Lu Feiming appeared beside the Ancient God.
It was the "Mission" Lu Feiming had split off long ago.
It looked at Lu Feiming with a complicated expression.
"Are you going to stop me from killing the Ancient God?" Lu Feiming asked.
