Shen Bing remembered perfectly well that players' starting locations in Firmament were random.
In other words, the chances of a couple spawning in the same place when they entered the game were negligible.
Which raised a question: where had these people found someone to bang? The system certainly didn't hand out partners.
Had they found new lovers in just ten days or so? Damn, those had to be fuck buddies!
Shen Bing found it bizarre, though he also felt a little envious and jealous...
He couldn't help it. Back when he was in college, he hadn't managed to find even one girlfriend.
"We absolutely cannot let this slide," Shen Bing said through gritted teeth. "Gaming in moderation sharpens the mind; gaming addiction harms the body. Looks like the Anti-Addiction System is essential after all."
When Shen Bing used to play games, he had hated those damned Anti-Addiction Systems more than anything. After a few hours a day, you stopped earning rewards. I'm a college student! I've got all the time in the world! What the hell are you trying to stop me for?
But now, Shen Bing had no choice but to become exactly what he had once hated most.
He immediately called Caso.
"Caso, get ready to activate the Anti-Addiction System." Shen Bing couldn't be bothered with lengthy explanations.
Caso was clearly taken aback. "Boss, didn't we say... we'd only activate the Anti-Addiction System if the game disrupted real-world production and everyday life? Society seems pretty normal to me right now."
"Normal, my ass!" Shen Bing said. "It's already affecting production. Human production, that is."
Caso's mouth fell slightly open. For a moment, he didn't understand.
Fortunately, the remark wasn't complicated, and he wasn't an idiot. He soon caught on.
