The Intelligent Core was a standalone piece of intelligent code.
It might not have been as powerful as true artificial intelligence, but it already possessed humanlike analytical and reasoning abilities.
By adding the appropriate software modules to the Intelligent Core, one could create intelligent programs with all sorts of different functions.
For example, the robots Shen Bing intended to build in the future would also need Intelligent Cores. Those cores could be exactly the same as the one in his current Security Software.
Shen Bing could even create a genuine Super Artificial Intelligence program, so making an Intelligent Core was child's play.
All he needed to do was enter some basic code and let Qiuqiu refine it, and an Intelligent Core would be ready.
However, the Intelligent Core Shen Bing was making now was only a stripped-down version, which would work just as well after being copied and pasted.
The workload was so trivial that Shen Bing did not even bother using the Consciousness-Reading Device. He simply finished it by hand.
For him, designing the interface and features was actually the most troublesome part.
How smoothly a piece of software interacted with its users determined how popular it would be.
Just as Shen Bing frowned in thought, Qiuqiu popped up.
"Master, Lu Xian has produced the first batch of adamantium. Would you like to go take a look?"
"Wait a bit. Let me finish what I'm working on first."
"Master, there's really no need for you to agonize over the software's user interface."
"Why?"
"Since it's Security Software, it can simply run in the background. And because this Security Software has artificial intelligence, it can interact with users through system notifications, pop-up windows, or voice interaction. There's no need to design a dedicated user interface at all."
Shen Bing paused,
