The President sat in his office with several trusted aides, their brows tightly furrowed.
To their front left, a staffer from the Intelligence Department was presenting a Slide Show showing photographs and some data from the pursuit that had just taken place in France.
One thing was slightly better this time: it was afternoon, unlike the previous incidents, which had all happened in the middle of the night.
"That idiot Nadal actually failed to catch them!"
"France also lost a Helicopter. All three police officers and the agent aboard were killed."
"Are those people a bunch of pigs? They couldn't even handle something this simple?"
The President's roars could be heard dozens of meters outside the door, but everyone stayed silent out of fear. Who the hell dared say anything? Even the White House staff outside did not dare make a sound.
"Mr. President, I think there's something very strange about this," said Secretary of Defense Kleizer. Although the matter had little to do with him, he had been summoned as the President's most trusted confidant.

The photograph had been taken with a high-powered camera. It showed two Westerners, one black and one white, with a little black cat perched on the white man's shoulder.
The little black cat stood out, but there were so many little black cats in the world that no one paid him much attention.
"Wait!" Kleizer suddenly called out.
The staffer had not actually intended to advance the Slide Show. He was about to explain the photograph.
