"Have you bought it?" Shen Bing asked with a look of disdain.
Liu Jin smiled sheepishly. "Not yet. I'm still negotiating with them."
"Haggling?" Shen Bing asked.
Liu Jin gave a bitter smile. "Price is only part of it. We haven't even gotten that far yet. The problem is, this guy's pretty stuck-up. He won't sell it to me."
Shen Bing had been about to say that there was essentially no room to haggle over a luxury car like this, and people who could afford one generally wouldn't bother anyway. But Liu Jin's last remark made the words catch in his throat.
Won't sell it? Why the hell not? Aren't cars made to be sold?
Beside him, Yun Xue had finally become less bashful. Seeing Shen Bing's puzzled expression, she immediately explained, "Shen Bing, the LaFerrari is the Ferrari Company's flagship supercar. It's not just incredibly expensive—there are restrictions on who can buy one."
"Oh?" Shen Bing really hadn't paid attention to things like this before. Now that he heard it, damn, they were even more stuck-up than he was!
"What conditions?"
Liu Jin had wanted to show off his knowledge, but after glancing at Yun Xue, he could only stand aside in frustration. He hadn't even met his master yet. He could afford to offend Brother Shen a little, but offending his sister-in-law was absolutely out of the question.
Yun Xue said, "To buy a LaFerrari, you first have to meet the eligibility requirement. You must already own at least five other Ferrari models. The models Ferrari currently has on sale are the Ferrari California, 458 Italia, 458 Spider, F12, and FF. Exactly five."
"Holy shit! So to buy this LaFerrari thing, you have to buy every car their company sells first? That's fucking arrogant!" Shen Bing couldn't help
