When Phantom Immortal Technology announced its intelligent interface, Apple Inc.'s senior executives had already felt uneasy. At the time, however, it had been nothing more than unease. After all, establishing a new piece of software was no easy task, much less an operating system.
The handful of operating systems still on the market made that clear.
