"Fellow Daoist Misty! I advise you to abandon that idea as soon as possible," Sun Wukong said solemnly. "I never wanted stolen Peaches of Immortality, either. If I really wanted some, getting a lot might be difficult, but asking the Queen Mother for one or two would be no problem."
With that, Sun Wukong patted Shen Bing on the shoulder, then turned and left.
Shen Bing froze for a moment, not because of what Sun Wukong had said, but because a trade window had suddenly popped up.
He tapped confirm and opened his inventory, where he found a new little item. He tapped it, and its attributes immediately appeared.
Water Mirror Talisman: Used to seal images. Activating this talisman reproduces the sealed images. This talisman is reusable.
Shen Bing was a little surprised. What the hell was this?
Sealing images? There was nothing particularly magical about that. It was pretty much the same as videotapes, CDs, or disks—just a way to store video data.
But why had Sun Wukong given him this? Was there a dirty movie in it? Sun Wukong's Three Battles with the White Bone Demon?
Jokes aside, Shen Bing figured this had to be something the Great Sage had given him to help steal the Peaches of Immortality. At the very least, it ought to serve some supporting purpose.
Without lingering on Mount Huaguo, Shen Bing teleported back to Illusory Void Island.
He had considered checking the images in the Water Mirror Talisman right there on Mount Huaguo, but given how secretively the Great Sage had handed it over, he presumably did not want the other immortals to know.
Land gods and mountain gods were everywhere in the Immortal Realm. If he took it out on the spot, the immortals would probably find out immediately.
