The Buddha descended into the world, shaking mountains and rivers.
The golden Buddha drew every eye the moment it appeared. Whether on the river or the shore, anyone who could see watched it descend from the sky, unable to look away for even an instant.
It did not fall quickly. Instead, it descended slowly, as though gravity had lost its hold on it.
As it descended, a strange vibration spread through the air.
The vibration was not violent, but it seeped through everything like a spring breeze turning to rain. Trees, stones, river water, fish, shrimp, and spectators alike felt it pass into their bodies, setting them trembling in its rhythm.
Nor was the vibration harmful. Quite the opposite. Many spectators had suffered internal injuries from the crushing pressure that had descended earlier. Now, as the vibration coursed through them, those injuries slowly began to heal.
Blocked meridians opened again, stagnant blood gradually left their bodies, and even old hidden injuries from training and fighting began to mend as the vibration guided their True Qi.
If each of them were a building, the vibration was a master engineer inspecting it with instruments, spotting faults, then directing workers who had long known something was wrong but had never known where to begin.
This benefited them enormously. One major reason many Martial World experts remained stuck below the threshold of the Innate Realm was the sheer number of hidden injuries they had accumulated. Their True Qi could no longer flow smoothly or gather deeply. If those injuries were fully healed, at least one in five ordinary experts at the peak of the Acquired Realm could attempt a breakthrough into the Innate Realm.
After the vibration cleansed the spectators' bodies today, several new Innate Masters would emerge before long.
