Luo Qian remembered that when Tie E had taken him to Duhu Saint Market, he had carried something like a map. But try as he might, Luo Qian could not remember what it was called. The starry sky stretched vast around him. He gazed at the distant Crab Nebula and flew toward it without any particular destination in mind.
A planet came into view. Barren. Another planet appeared, just as barren... The vastness of the Saint Realm far exceeded anything Luo Qian had imagined. Saints had truly reached the point of being undying and indestructible. Unless someone killed them, they would exist forever. The Saint Realm had accumulated an enormous population, yet against its immense expanse, it still suffered from a severe case of "vast land, few people."
Under the rules of the Saint Realm, the children of Saints were not automatically allotted a planet. They could only live on their parents' planet, or earn a fief through their own strength and meritorious service to the Saint Realm. Occupying a planet without authorization was illegal.
Luo Qian guessed that this was how the "genealogies" of the gods on Earth had come about. Those divine descendants who could not earn fiefs of their own had no choice but to remain on Earth, reproducing generation after generation until a complete pantheon had formed.
Luo Qian ignored the barren planets. Their owners were generally not powerful enough to know where Tie E's planet was. They might not even know where Duhu Saint Market was.
After flying for a long time, Luo Qian finally spotted a thriving planet. It was three times larger than Duhu Saint Market, crowded with buildings and dotted with green and blue that looked like vegetation and water. He descended eagerly, but just as he approached the planet, two flashes
