Chen Shu sat among three Sword Pigs, eyes closed in cultivation.
His porter had not returned yet.
Today's haul: seven Sword Pigs.
He had come across a few smaller ones but let them go, worried they would be too much trouble for Brother Jiang to carry.
At noon, he had also had a run-in with three people. Both sides had ambushed the same Sword Pig. Chen Shu's Thunder Magic struck it just as their arrow hit its neck, and an argument broke out over who owned it.
Seeing how young he was, they had spoken arrogantly, trying to browbeat him.
Chen Shu had flexed his muscles too, showing them his cannonball-like Tracer Technique. Then he had lied that he was a direct disciple of the Spirit Sect. In the end, they handed him fifteen thousand in cash and dragged the Sword Pig away.
That Sword Pig was worth a little over twenty thousand.
He was now seven or eight kilometers from the Forbidden Land's edge as the crow flew. One trip carrying a Sword Pig already took Brother Jiang three hours; these three would keep him busy until late at night.
Chen Shu stopped hunting.
Strictly speaking, those seven Sword Pigs were not a full day's haul. He had caught them all that morning.
