An Orphnoch with the features of a horse held another Orphnoch, one with the features of a locust, tightly in his arms. Blue flames kept rising from his body as he roared.
Not far away, Kamen Rider Faiz, upgraded to Blaster Form and clad entirely in crimson, watched the two Orphnochs.
His chest heaved as he struggled to catch his breath, torn inside.
The horse Orphnoch suddenly changed into human form. He stared hard at Kamen Rider Faiz, deep emotion in his eyes.
Bang!
Kamen Rider Faiz threw the Great Sword to the ground and charged at the two Orphnochs with a roar.
He leaped into the air. A crimson beam shot from the device on his foot, forming a crimson drill above the two Orphnochs.
Kamen Rider Faiz struck the classic Rider Kick pose, his roar never letting up.
He poured every ounce of strength he had into this Rider Kick.
He had to bring down the Orphnoch King—and his friend, who had prepared to sacrifice himself to make it happen.
"Aaah!"
Kamen Rider Faiz pushed forward inch by inch, and the crimson drill bored deeper into the Orphnoch King's body.
The king tried to struggle, but the man behind him held him fast at the cost of his life.
The horse Orphnoch saw the crimson drill drawing closer. His body burned hotter and hotter; there was no stopping it from turning to ash now.
He, too, would die beneath that crimson drill.
But his eyes held relief. Release.
"Ah."
Just then, a soft sigh sounded beside the Orphnoch King.
A hand settled on the horse Orphnoch's shoulder and pushed him out of the crimson drill's path, forcibly halting his body's collapse into ash.
"It would be a shame for you to die like this."
