What was the Origin of time?
It was Chaos, a Chaos no different from that at any other point in time.
Empty, boundless...
Trace time backward, and it had a beginning; follow it forward, and it had an end.
Space had its limits too.
But Chaos had no beginning, no end, and no limits.
The Space-Time Meng Chuan occupied was already the very Origin of time, the point from which everything began.
Yet as he looked out, all was still boundless.
And he still had not found what he sought.
Meng Chuan stood at the Origin of time, his gaze distant.
Karma existed here. He had discovered on his journey upstream through time that this location, at every point in time, was linked to him by Karma.
What was special was this location, yet not the Chaos that currently occupied it.
When he tried to trace the connection further back, he could see nothing more.
Then Meng Chuan summoned the Chat Panel.
He already had his suspicions. He felt his Transmigration was probably tied to the Chat Group.
Granted, the Chat Group had not appeared until several hundred years after he transmigrated to the Shrouding the Heavens World, but that did not put it above suspicion.
What if Meng Chuan had been the chosen child?
More importantly, of all the people and things Meng Chuan had encountered so far, only the Chat Group was as mysterious as the Karma he now sensed.
"Was it you...?"
Meng Chuan stared at the Chat Panel and conveyed his will to the Chat Group.
The Chat Panel suddenly lit up, its pale blue glow a singular point amid the Chaos.
Then a beam of blue light shot from the Chat Panel and merged into the Origin of time, into the Chaos Sea.
