Daigu was keeping Lina company on Mars.
He rarely went to the Land of Light anymore. There was little left for him to learn there, and studying on his own at home worked just fine.
He could go to the Land of Light whenever he needed its equipment.
The Land of Light had no objections.
"Daigu, have you heard?" Lina asked as she watered the flowers, glancing at him over his book.
"Heard what?"
"Another monster appeared on Earth! And there's a new Aote Ultraman!"
Lina walked over and crouched beside him. "Do you know that Aote Ultraman?"
"I do. Dyna Aote Ultraman. He's a traveler who roams the Universe."
Daigu nodded. They had met a few times.
When Dyna came to Earth, he had even made a point of visiting Daigu, his senior.
"Then... is Dyna like you?" Lina asked after a moment's thought.
"No. Dyna is a pure Aote Ultraman, with no connection to humans." Daigu turned his gaze toward Earth, watching Dyna and the current Earth Guard Team.
Dyna should have had a human host, but this Universe was Daigu's territory, so that possibility vanished.
Dyna had visited Earth once before any Monsters appeared there. Back then, he had nearly found a suitable human host.
Unfortunately, one look from Daigu had put an end to that idea.
When a Monster appeared on Earth this time, Dyna came to help. There was another suitable human host, one who was even related by blood to the previous candidate, but Dyna no longer entertained the thought. This time, he was purely volunteering.
It was all just a task from that great man living on Mars!
As for Gaia, he was an Aote Ultraman born from Earth itself. Daigu would not interfere.
