"Hiruzen!"
Enma's voice rumbled like thunder. His Kurenai eyes swept over the five men in black on the roof, the Kurenai Susanoo in the courtyard, and the corpses and Ruins strewn across the ground.
"What are you up to now?"
"And the Uchiha... are you joining forces with them, or fighting them?"
Hiruzen Sarutobi did not answer. He sprang forward, charging straight at the five men in black on the roof.
Enma followed close behind. He spun the Adamantine Staff in his hands, its tip slicing through the air with a piercing whistle.
Three men in black leaped out of the rooftop shadows. They landed in front of the other five and formed a line.
Their bodies began to spin. Chakra burst from every pore, forming pale-blue barriers around them.
Rotation... again!
Hiruzen checked himself in midair. He kicked off the air and forced himself onto a new course, veering around instead of attacking head-on.
Enma swung the Adamantine Staff at the nearest man from the side. The staff struck the Rotation barrier with a shriek of wind.
The barrier shook violently!
The man's spin faltered for a beat, and a hairline crack appeared in the barrier.
But the other two men's Rotations immediately filled the gap. The three barriers spun in alternation, keeping Hiruzen and Enma firmly outside.
Hiruzen slammed his fist into the barrier. It shook, and the crack widened. Enma struck the same spot with the Adamantine Staff, widening it further.
But each time a crack appeared, the three men alternated their Rotations and sealed it!
Their coordination was flawless, as though they shared a single mind!
With Rotation, the strongest defense, they left no opening at all!
