Sasori leaped onto the Third Kazekage with a Body Flicker Technique, ready to make his escape. Then his whole body jolted. He was still conscious, but Inoichi Yamanaka had seized control of him with the Mind Body Switch Technique.
His mind was perfectly clear, yet his body no longer obeyed him at all.
At the same moment, Shikaku Nara's Shadow Binding Technique caught Kakuzu, pulling his limbs rigid. He couldn't bend so much as a finger.
Hidan was the calmest of the three. Kurenai and Mitaraishi Anko blocked him from either side. He rested the Bloody Triple-Bladed Scythe on his shoulder and grinned. "Girls, want to play with Lord Jashin?"
"Cut the crap!" Mitaraishi Anko had already formed her hand signs. Serpentine Chakra danced at her fingertips, ready to strike.
Earlier, Nagato had held an overwhelming advantage, so the others had stopped fighting to watch. The Konoha Ninja had been happy to stop too.
But now that Yongye was kicking Nagato around like a ball, the Konoha Ninja had no reason to go easy on the Akatsuki members.
Tsunade flashed in front of Kakuzu and looked down at him with a murderous sneer. "You think you can come and go as you please? What do you take Konoha for?"
Kakuzu said nothing. He hunched over, about to release his Masked Monsters again, when Nagato roared with all his strength, "Ultra-Big Ball Shinra Tensei!"
A violent repulsive force erupted with his roar!
This Shinra Tensei was smaller in scale than the earlier Super Shinra Tensei, but several times more powerful than a normal one.
The force exploded outward, crushing the two closest Shadow Clones of Yongye into white smoke. The other clones surrounding Nagato were hurled dozens of meters away, tumbling several times through the air before they barely steadied themselves.
