Jiraiya struggled to prop himself halfway up from the rubble. Blood pouring from his body, he forced out a roar. "Don't fall for it! Use Shadow Clones against him! Whatever you do, don't send in your real body! He can't beat your Shadow Clones!"
Yongye turned toward Jiraiya's face, twisted with pain, and rolled his eyes. "You bastard. What were you saying earlier?"
Jiraiya remembered urging Yongye to join the attack in person, and embarrassment crossed his face. He opened his mouth to salvage some dignity, but a cough of blood stopped him.
Helpless, he shut his mouth and lay back down in the rubble, accepting his fate: either win without lifting a finger or die lying there.
For the proud Jiraiya, that felt worse than death.
Nagato was still torn, unable to tell whether the Yongye before him was real or yet another fake, when Yongye gave an unhurried wave.
The remaining six Shadow Clones scattered in every direction, moving like six elongated shadows. In the blink of an eye, they vanished among the broken walls and drifting dust of the Ruins.
That settled it for Nagato—the Uchiha Yongye in front of him had to be the real one.
One Shinra Tensei would expose a mere Shadow Clone. It could not fool him.

Uzuki Yugao spotted him from afar. Her face went pale as she shouted at the top of her lungs, "Use Sealing Jutsu! Don't attack them directly! The more you hit those things, the more they split! One cut makes two, two cuts make four!"
Without looking back, Yongye's clone laughed. "Really? I don't believe you. I didn't get much schooling, but don't try to fool me."
As the words left his
