Quake Daisy burst out of a side alley, her dark brown ponytail streaming straight behind her as she ran. Shockwaves poured from her feet into the ground and spread through the foundations toward the building.

She tried to counter Doomsday's deadly stomp with her shockwaves, but against an impact of that magnitude, her power was like tossing a pebble into a tsunami.

"Fuck!"

Daisy forced the curse through clenched teeth, frustration and helplessness churning in her light brown eyes.

Just then, a low, hoarse voice rang down from above.

"Attack now! I can make him vulnerable!"

Amplified by some device, his voice carried across the battlefield, heavy and resolute.

Everyone looked up at once.

A dark gray Batwing dived from beneath the clouds. Blue-white exhaust flared from the thrusters on either wing, blasting the Ruins and thick smoke below to both sides.

Natasha's pupils contracted.

But she gritted her teeth and suppressed her desire for revenge. Turning toward the dark green giant falling toward the rooftop, she drove her right foot into the ground and shot at Doomsday like a spring released from its limit.

Mjolnir crackled with denser, fiercer blue-white lightning than ever before, leaving a straight trail of light through the air.

"Deal with the monster first!" Diana called from the side, moving even faster than Natasha.
