"Fighting Magnus's Psychic Power fragment?"
Trazyn stared at Hades in confusion.
"No, not my duplicate."
"Then do you have any leads?"
Trazyn shook his head. They stood beside a massive blueprint in the fabrication workshop, and Trazyn had contributed the living metal.
"Hmm."
Hades pondered for a moment.
"If it wasn't you, then it was some unknown Necrons. It could also have been the Isolators, or Necrons infected with the Flayer virus."
"Most Space Lords capable of fighting a Primarch fragment are... insane. They have lost too much of their personalities, or forgotten extremely important memories."
Trazyn pointed at his own head.
"But since you're the one going, I suppose there's no need to remind you. Remember to bring me along. I want to record it."
Hades gave an OK gesture.
Necrons capable of fighting a Primarch fragment... and there were two of them... If it wasn't Trazyn, then who were they?
After discussing the design of The Indomitable, the appointed time arrived. Hades returned to Mortarion's office—
It seemed the two Primarchs had communicated fairly well. At least, at first glance, this place did not look as though it had been destroyed by a storm.
Hades knocked, then opened the door after receiving permission.
He looked at the scene in the room with some surprise.
Calas Typhon had somehow arrived as well and was forcing Ahriman to drink. The two veterans, looking somewhat miserable, downed cup after cup.
On the other side, both Primarchs were in terrible shape. Magnus flickered like a malfunctioning projection, while Mortarion had simply turned into a fountain of white mist.
"?"
Hades looked at Mortarion in disbelief, then at Magnus, before shifting his gaze to Calas, who seemed relatively dependable.
Calas clicked his tongue and spoke without the slightest concern for the Primarchs.
