On key nodal planets, innumerable Canoptek Scarabs began to hum. The once-ruined Blackstone Obelisks started to restore themselves, and vast, ancient waves—seemingly echoing from primordial ages—spread outward, enveloping the entire Eye of Silence in a powerful anti-Psychic Power field.
