The swarm had finally descended.
It descended amidst the flesh and blood of an endless swarm.

Before the next wave of saturated suicide attacks arrived, Trazyn's vocalizer emitted a shriek like a scream.
The entire Necron fleet seemed to be pitching through a river made of biomass and chitinous shells, yet every drop that splashed forth carried the determination to punch through these vessels. They never ceased, never retreated.
It was as if some Monstrous Creature had opened its bloody maw and vomited forth its offspring, its warriors, its river. That endless torrent engulfed the Necron formation in an instant.
The extremely dense biomass and neural signals disrupted Necron communications. Ships within the same fleet could not even contact one another. The Monstrous Creature called "Tyranid" roared, its shrieks tearing apart every means of communication.
Countless Tyranids with hard scales growing from the fronts of their heads dove toward the Infinite One's fleet, yet those tiny, foolish eyes did not reflect the silver-white fleet at all. They simply flew straight onward, toward their final destination.
Striking Trazyn's fleet was merely incidental. An elephant hurrying through the jungle had no time to care whether the rats beneath its feet survived.
The entire vessel rocked violently. There were simply—simply too many of them! What astonished Trazyn even more was that among the Tyranids flashing past its observation windows, it could make out many even stranger individuals.
Trazyn had never experienced the Tyranids so directly. At this moment, the Tyranids in its eyes were no longer an entire swarm—
