Roboute Guilliman, ruler of the Imperium, declared the Imperium of Man the galaxy's rightful sovereign. Multiple primarchs attended the proclamation on Terra, and Guilliman announced that the Imperium had entered a period of postwar reconstruction.
There was still much to do. Pluto had been destroyed during the God War, and the Imperium needed a new communications hub.
That same year, Guilliman joined forces with Lorgar to announce religious reforms.
