"What's that?" The red-haired girl looked up, innocence in her eyes. Her slender fingers still clutched the hem of Huo Yuhao's clothes, wisps of crimson light leaking between them. The fire elements circled her wrist like a young beast that had only just learned to trust people.
"I know! Names carry the meaning of our existence." Huo Yan'er emerged from behind Huo Yuhao and hurried over to the two girls on her little legs. She straightened her back, planted her hands on her hips, and widened her eyes, putting on the most imposing look she could imagine. "I'm your big sister. You have to call me Big Sis."
Huo Ying'er tilted her head, her purple eyes reflecting Huo Yan'er's deliberately grown-up expression. Huo Xi'er blinked her deep blue eyes, the corners of her mouth lifting slightly, as though she were considering whether "Big Sis" was worth saying.
