Bibi Dong looked at Bai Jin.
"Tell me your plan."
Bai Jin returned to the long table and pushed several treaties and a map of the empire aside. Qian Renxue took the papers and set them on a low cabinet with the seal box. The bottom sheet was already soaked in blood. She glanced at it but did not ask.
The tabletop was soon clear.
"Keep the core suppressed," Bai Jin said. "When the next round begins, I'll divide the streams outside into three groups. I'll leave each group a direction to follow, and you'll refine them in the order I give you."
"A spatial seal won't hold against Rakshasa Divine Power."
"Not if it stays fixed in place."
Bai Jin raised his right hand. Several exceedingly thin Interface Layers appeared between his fingers, overlapping, then dispersed before the dark-purple aura could touch them.
"When it burns through one layer, I'll replace it somewhere else. As long as the path keeps changing, it has to find its way again."
He had only truly worked out this method under Qian Daoliu's third wave of sword force. The power bearing down on him now was a different color, but its habit of following connections was much the same.
Bibi Dong did not object again.
"What about her?"
She meant Qian Renxue.
Bai Jin turned his head.
"Yes. Can your Ninth Soul Skill spread a blow concentrated at one point across your whole body?"
"Yes. Sacred Guard flows to wherever I'm struck."
"Keep it at the lowest level and protect only yourself. When I guide the waves outside toward you, don't let the holy light touch her Soul Power."
Qian Renxue already understood what he intended.
"You'll stand between us."
"Yes."
On one side was Qian Renxue's Angel Holy Light; on the other,
