Quasi-Warrior Assessment (1)

July 1st.

Early in the morning, Luo Xia and his eldest brother Luo Feng left home. They took Line 11 to Zhong'an Road Station, then transferred to Line 1 and arrived in the central district of Yangzhou City.

After leaving the subway station, the Two Brothers walked for another ten minutes before finally reaching the Limit Martial Arts Dojo Headquarters in Yangzhou City—the Limit Hall!

When the Two Brothers had left home, it had only been a little after six in the morning. Now that they had reached their destination, it was already eight o'clock.

"So this is the legendary Bright Moon District?"

Luo Feng looked at the gate of the tranquil residential district ahead and spoke with some emotion.

Luo Xia and Luo Feng handed over their ID cards and Advanced Trainee Certificates.

The Old man smiled and nodded, then waved to the others. "Let them in."

The Great Door of the residential district slowly opened. A Soldier holding an assault rifle stepped forward and said to Luo Xia and Luo Feng:

"Gentlemen, I will take you to the Limit Hall. After entering the district, please do not wander around! You only have permission to enter the Limit Hall. You are not permitted to enter the residential area for Warriors' families!"

His face was stern as he looked at Luo Xia and Luo Feng—

"If you break the rules, even if I don't act, the other brothers patrolling the district will."

Luo Xia and Luo Feng exchanged a glance and both nodded, indicating that they understood the rules.

Led by the Soldier, the two entered the district. Before them stood Detached Villas resembling small gardens, adorned beautifully by artificial rockeries, pools, lawns, and flowers.

The Soldier who had brought Luo Xia and Luo Feng there had already left.

Luo Feng nodded, feeling the same way. He took the lead and walked forward. "Let's go in."

The two stepped into the hall's lobby, and a sweet-looking Girl immediately came forward with a smile. "Are you two gentlemen here to take the Quasi-Warrior assessment?"

"Yes."

Luo Feng nodded and answered the Girl's question.

The Girl gave a slight bow and gestured with her hand. "In that case, please rest in the small bar over there first. The Quasi-Warrior assessment won't officially begin until ten in the morning!"

Hearing that, Luo Xia nodded at Luo Feng, bid farewell to the Girl, and walked toward the bar nearby.

There were already three people seated in the bar. Two of them were talking, while the other sat silently on a sofa.

Luo Feng and Luo Xia's arrival drew the three people's attention. They looked over and politely nodded in greeting.

After sitting down, Luo Xia smiled at Luo Feng. "Big Brother, want a drink?"

Luo Feng gave Luo Xia a slap. "What drink? The assessment is about to begin!"

Seeing that his eldest brother was ignoring him, Luo Xia looked toward the other three people. Of the three, aside from one person in white clothes who looked young, the other two were probably both over thirty.

The person in white clothes was talking with another man about the villas in Bright Moon District.

As time passed, three more people arrived at the bar.

Luo Xia and Luo Feng did not know these three people. They were all fairly old, seemingly over thirty, and one of them might even have been forty.

Luo Xia and Luo Feng stood up to greet him.

Luo Xia smiled and said, "Brother Yang, you'll definitely pass this time too!"
