A Leave Request for New Year's Eve
Happy New Year's Eve, everyone!
Today, I chatted for a long time with an old friend I hadn't been in touch with for ages, and before I knew it, the time I'd planned to spend writing was gone. I had no choice but to come post a leave request.
(And once again, while writing this leave request, I realized I still hadn't fulfilled the giveaway from the last one. I'll draw them together tomorrow. Facepalm.)
No book giveaway today. Instead, I'll be giving away a really fun paper-folding game called "Folded Fun."
It's a sheet of paper printed with several squares. Players have to keep figuring out folding methods to fold it into a 4×4 white-and-black grid. It's really easy to get into a flow state and lose track of time. If anyone has similar board games or toys to recommend, please do!
