Corax's voice echoed through the compartments of the Fireforged. He slowly emerged from the shadows, the Crown of Dominion casting a dim glow above his head.

His stride was unhurried, but a trace of cold scrutiny lurked in his eyes.

The moment he stepped aboard the Fireforged, the Nurgle Daemons roaming its corridors gave him a wide berth.

The once-arrogant Nurgle Daemons cowered as they felt the oppressive power radiating from the Crown of Dominion. Like creatures confronted by their natural predator, they pressed against the walls and slowly backed away, trying to put as much distance as possible between themselves and Corax.

The Nurglings were even more terrified. They burrowed into ventilation ducts and cracks in the floor, leaving only their round eyes exposed as they stared fearfully at the uninvited guest.

Thick green mold coated their armor, corrosive liquid dripped from their weapons, and their eyes were filled with vigilance and hostility.

Corax swept his gaze over the Plague Marines, a disdainful smile curling his lips.

He did not stop. He simply kept walking, and as he approached, the Plague Marines involuntarily parted to either side.
