The heavy adamantium doors slid silently shut behind him, welcoming back the low hum of the Warp Engine and the Warship's constant, faintly metallic air.
Long voyages through the Warp always carried a strange sense of stagnation, divorced from the space and time outside.
Normally, Lorgar would head to the training grounds deep within the Warship, equipped with the most advanced simulation systems. There, he honed his skills and tested tactics against virtual battlefields, formidable enemies, and even recreations of famous historical battles, combating the tedium of the voyage while keeping his fighting instincts razor-sharp.
But today seemed a little different.
He had barely taken a few steps from the room when, at a broad, brightly lit intersection of corridors, he came face-to-face with an enormous figure he had never expected to see there.

These markings identified them as holdings of the Law of Faith's Legion Library.
Despite their thickness and size, the books looked dainty in Angron's hands, almost comically so.
