Background / History

Zhang Lexuan’s family was murdered by nobles. She sought Shrek Academy’s help, pledging lifelong protection of the academy and agreeing to become Bei Bei’s child bride in exchange for Mu En’s intervention. Mu En avenged her family by eliminating the nobles responsible 10.

Mu En later told her that she did not need to honor those conditions and that she and Bei Bei were unsuitable for each other. Nevertheless, she remained committed to her promise, regarding Shrek as her second home and her service as repayment for Mu En’s kindness 10.
