Dismissing the maid with a wave, Ya Fei walked gracefully up to Zhou Changqing, her beautiful eyes roaming over him as though searching for something.
Zhou Changqing stood openly where he was, letting her look him over.
A moment later.
Ya Fei leaned forward, bringing her alluring face close to his, amusement sparkling in her eyes. "Looks like you've been doing well these past few years, little Changqing. You've filled out quite a bit!"
"But you've been rather heartless, not coming to see your big sister even once. Have you forgotten all about me?"
"How could I? Haven't I come now? I've always remembered your kindness back then, Sister Ya Fei. Besides, who knows how many men in Wutan City dream of you? How could I ever forget such a beauty?"
"You sweet-talker. You never visit the temple without a prayer to make. I think you need something from me. Otherwise, even if you came to Mittel, you probably wouldn't have told me."
Ya Fei rolled her eyes prettily and straightened, naturally slipping her fair arms around his arm.
Watching from the side, Medusa unconsciously narrowed her beautiful eyes, an unreadable emotion flashing through them.
Only after pulling Zhou Changqing down into a seat did Ya Fei notice Medusa still standing.
"Changqing, who is this?"
Reunited with an old friend, Zhou Changqing had nearly forgotten Her Majesty the Queen. He immediately stood again and introduced her with a smile. "A friend of mine. Sister Ya Fei, you can call her Miss Dusa."
"Hello, Miss Dusa. Since you're Changqing's friend, you're my friend too. Please, sit."
At Zhou Changqing's introduction, Ya Fei blinked, some inexplicable emotion hidden in her eyes. Whatever she was thinking, she remained courteous and spoke with a charming smile.
