Ch. 421Fighting Isshiki (4): Divine technique sequences

Obito, Itachi, and Kabuto revealed that Sasuke possessed Ashubha, prompting Isshiki to lose hope as Sasuke battered him. Isshiki recalled his thousand-year plan and, after his Horn broke, realized Sasuke was avoiding a fatal blow and resolved to plant Kāma on him.

  • Obito arrived beside the Sealing Cauldron and told Isshiki that Sasuke's Rinnegan held Ashubha, a time-leaping dōjutsu.
  • Itachi and Kabuto arrived, and Itachi used Ame-no-Uzume to hear Isshiki's thoughts about Ashubha and the divine technique sequence Omotaru.
  • Itachi recognized that Isshiki's knowledge could help Sasuke understand how divine techniques were formed, and Sasuke attacked Isshiki.
  • Isshiki recalled his long-term plans, including restoring himself, cultivating a Ten-Tails, and obtaining a superior Chakra Fruit, as Sasuke repeatedly struck him.
  • Sasuke's blows broke Isshiki's Horn, and Isshiki concluded that Sasuke was avoiding killing him so he could exploit that hesitation by planting Kāma on Sasuke.

Ch. 422Battle against Isshiki (5): At the end of the road

Isshiki tricked Sasuke into accepting a Kāma mark by pretending to surrender, but Sasuke revealed the apparent target was a Wood Release Clone and that he had anticipated the scheme. Surrounded by Sasuke, Obito, Itachi, and Obito’s Limbo Shadows, Isshiki faced the end of his remaining options.

  • Isshiki grabbed Sasuke’s wrist and feigned surrender, flattering him while secretly counting down the thirty seconds needed to implant Kāma.
  • Obito warned Sasuke about Isshiki, and Itachi suggested demanding the hidden Ten-Tails as proof of sincerity.
  • Isshiki completed the Kāma imprint on Sasuke’s apparent hand, then revealed that the mark would let him reincarnate in Sasuke’s body.
  • Sasuke exposed the apparent target as a Wood Release Clone and explained that Isshiki had already used his once-daily black Kāma opportunity.
  • Sasuke realized Isshiki’s remaining option was to implant white Kāma in Kabuto Yakushi, while the three Uchiha and Obito’s Limbo Shadows surrounded him.

Ch. 423Isshiki's death

Itachi, Obito, and Sasuke cornered Isshiki and forced him to flee by shrinking into the Sealing Cauldron with Kabuto. Isshiki died after imprinting a white kāma on Kabuto, but warned that their real enemy was Shi Mei.

  • Itachi's Susanoo attacked Isshiki with Flame Blades, while Sasuke trapped him in Chibaku Tensei and Isshiki barely escaped by destroying the sphere with Black Rods.
  • Isshiki shrank to evade the three Uchiha champions, who prepared to kill him when he returned to normal size.
  • Isshiki spotted Kabuto beside the Sealing Cauldron, grew to full size, and dragged him through its opening before it closed.
  • Obito used Kamui to reveal the cauldron's interior, where Isshiki had imprinted a white kāma on Kabuto.
  • Isshiki told Sasuke that Shi Mei was the one they were trying to defy, then crumbled to death as the mark appeared on Kabuto's forehead.

Ch. 424Eyes of Dazzling Power!

Kabuto received the White Kāma and resolved to master Isshiki's power and fight Shi Mei alongside Sasuke. He returned Obito's father Ke's eye, and Obito fused its Blade Reversal with Kamui to awaken a new Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

  • Kabuto recognized the White Kāma as a source of Isshiki's latent power and vowed to master it before joining Sasuke against Shi Mei.
  • Kabuto gave Obito his left eye, which contained Ke's Blade Reversal, and urged him to fuse it with Kamui.
  • Obito remembered Ke's advice to cherish his comrades and recalled how his father died killing the Third Mizukage after disobeying orders.
  • Obito implanted Ke's eye and used his Six Paths Power to speed up its fusion with Kamui.
  • After fifteen minutes, Obito awakened a new pair of Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan.

Ch. 425Divine Illumination (Part One)

Obito awakened Divine Illumination, a dōjutsu that annihilated whatever he focused on, and tested its limits against Sasuke’s Chibaku Tensei. After discovering it could erase a sphere 250 meters in diameter, Sasuke wondered what would happen if its light covered the entire world like Infinite Tsukuyomi.

  • Itachi sensed Obito’s newly awakened eye power and identified the ability as Divine Illumination.
  • Obito used Divine Illumination to make Sasuke’s Truth-Seeking Orb vanish, then explained that the technique erased targets from existence.
  • Sasuke created a rain of Chibaku Tensei so Obito could test the range and limits of his new ability.
  • Obito annihilated the falling Heavenly Stars, discovering that Divine Illumination could erase a sphere 250 meters in diameter in one use.
  • Sasuke wondered what would happen if Divine Illumination’s light were projected across the world like Infinite Tsukuyomi.

Ch. 426Divine Illumination (II)

After destroying Isshiki, Sasuke and his allies considered whether Obito’s Divine Illumination could annihilate living targets, but refused to kill anyone just to test it. Sasuke sent Kabuto to activate his white Kāma and access Kara’s hideout; Kabuto awakened its power by confronting his grief over Yakushi Nonō, leaving the group ready to travel.

  • Obito wondered whether Divine Illumination could destroy living targets, but the group decided not to violate the Sasuke Faction’s principles by killing anyone as a test.
  • Sasuke told Kabuto to use his white Kāma to take them to Kara’s headquarters instead of relying on Sasuke’s Yomotsu Hirasaka.
  • Kabuto explored the white Kāma’s seal in his mental world and tried to unlock its power by stirring his emotions, but his memories did not open the chest.
  • Sasuke urged Kabuto to take off his glasses and stop letting his past hold him back, provoking his grief and anger over Yakushi Nonō.
  • Kabuto’s white Kāma spread onto his arm and formed a blade; he lunged at Sasuke, who revealed that Kabuto had successfully awakened the power.

Ch. 427The setup pays off: the Ox-Head Heavenly King!

Danzo found Shigaraki Tanuki and recovered the Ox-Head Heavenly King, which Tanuki had sealed inside his body. After Tanuki died, Danzo learned where his family was and resolved to raise his daughter, Sumire Kakei, in the light.

  • Shigaraki Tanuki mourned Danzo and recalled hiding the Ox-Head Heavenly King after Sasuke’s dream convinced him that Danzo was dead.
  • Danzo appeared before Tanuki, explained that he had returned from the Shinigami’s belly, and sought the Ox-Head Heavenly King for Sasuke’s plan.
  • Tanuki extracted the Ox-Head Heavenly King from his body and gave it to Danzo, leaving himself near death.
  • Danzo asked Tanuki where his wife and daughter were, and Tanuki revealed their location before dying.
  • Danzo left the hut with the Ox-Head Heavenly King and vowed to raise Sumire Kakei to adulthood in the sunlight.

Ch. 428A Meeting with Sanzu Amado!

Sasuke, Obito, Kabuto, and Itachi met Amado and went to locate Isshiki’s Ten-Tails. While Sasuke, Obito, and Kabuto entered the prison dimension, Itachi questioned Amado, who revealed that Shi Mei’s remains were missing and might have acted differently in this life.

  • Sasuke met Amado, thanked him for helping defeat Isshiki, and asked him to lead them to the Ten-Tails.
  • Amado said his current Artificial Human technology was far less advanced than the creations Sasuke had shown him.
  • Amado brought the group to the sealed door of the Ten-Tails’ prison dimension, and Obito used Kamui to overcome its spatial safeguards.
  • Sasuke opened Yomotsu Hirasaka and entered the dimension with Obito and Kabuto, leaving Itachi to watch Amado.
  • Itachi drew out Amado’s unease, and Amado explained that he could not find Shi Mei’s remains where the intelligence said they should be, suggesting Shi Mei’s actions had changed.

Ch. 429The Blueprint and a Glimpse!

Sasuke explained his plan to turn the juvenile Ten-Tails into a God Tree and use its power to awaken his left-eye Rinnegan. He prepared to become the Ten-Tails’ jinchūriki and risk his life, with Obito agreeing to help him survive the process.

  • Obito and Kabuto examined the juvenile Ten-Tails, and Sasuke recalled how it could eventually evolve into Jura.
  • Sasuke outlined a plan to lure Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki to the Ten-Tails, then use the resulting God Tree and a cultivated Chakra Fruit to advance his power.
  • Sasuke revealed that he needed a left-eye Rinnegan and the Tenseigan to fulfill the conditions for his planned Ōtsutsuki awakening.
  • Sasuke explained that he would use the Ten-Tails’ power to awaken his left-eye Rinnegan and rely on Obito’s Amenotokotachi to overwrite Ayekashi’s fatal effect.
  • Obito agreed to support Sasuke, who formed the Six Paths: Ten-Tails Coffin Seal.

Ch. 430Awakening the eye and a dramatic transformation!

Sasuke absorbed Isshiki's Ten-Tails Juvenile, used Yamato Takeru to commandeer Obito's Amenotokotachi, and endured Ayekashi's death process to overwrite its near-death effect. He survived, awakened a Six-Tomoe Rinnegan in his left eye, and prepared to return to Blue Moon Island, while Itachi and Amado wondered what future Shi Mei had foreseen.

  • Sasuke absorbed the Ten-Tails Juvenile and gained its Jinchūriki form, but said its chakra could not yet combine with Susanoo: Living Body Mode.
  • Sasuke used Yamato Takeru through his Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan to take control of Obito's Amenotokotachi.
  • Sasuke released Orochimaru's suspension on Ayekashi and endured its death process, using Ōgetsuhime to slow his decline until Amenotokotachi took effect.
  • At Kara's base, Itachi and Amado speculated that Shi Mei had used Ten Directions to foresee a future, but questioned why he had let Sasuke act freely.
  • Sasuke survived Ayekashi's near-death state, awakened a Six-Tomoe Rinnegan in his left eye, and retained the Ten-Tails Jinchūriki state within his body.
  • Sasuke recognized his immense increase in power and told the others to return to Blue Moon Island.

Ch. 431Who's gazing from afar~, up above the moon~!

Sasuke and Orochimaru considered the effects of Nue’s summoning and debated whether Toneri would intervene, while discussing how Sasuke might obtain the Tenseigan. On the moon, Toneri revealed that Hinata’s disappearance had driven him to decide to bring her back and protect her.

  • Danzo summoned Nue in a protected clearing, causing fluctuations in the space where it lived and potentially exposing the land to Momoshiki and the others.
  • Sasuke and Orochimaru discussed whether Shi Mei’s missing remains resulted from Ten Directions or from the butterfly effects of Karasuki’s disappearance.
  • Orochimaru explained that Sasuke needed the Tenseigan to complete his Ōtsutsuki awakening and described two ways to obtain it.
  • Sasuke argued that Toneri would remain a passive observer, while Orochimaru bet that Toneri would act soon because Hinata had disappeared from his sight.
  • Toneri vowed to bring Hinata back to the moon palace and keep her safe.

Ch. 432Toneri made his move

Toneri abducted Hanabi during Konoha’s institutional reforms, prompting Kakashi to pursue him toward the Earth-Moon Transfer Portal. Kakashi destroyed Toneri’s puppet army, but Inoichi told him to let Toneri go because the abduction was part of a plan and Hanabi would be safe.

  • Toneri targeted Hanabi, judging Neji’s Branch Family seal and his own preference for cute girls as reasons to choose her over Neji.
  • Konoha reorganized its ninja system around cultivation, military training, and education, leaving its defenses less tight than usual.
  • Toneri’s puppets abducted Hanabi from the Hyuga compound, and Kakashi left his training chamber to pursue them.
  • Kakashi used his Mangekyō Sharingan, Peerless Sniping Technique, and Purple Electricity to destroy nearly all of Toneri’s puppets.
  • Kakashi froze and shattered the leader puppet, then sent Adamantine Sealing Chains toward Toneri.
  • Inoichi contacted Kakashi and told him to let Toneri go, explaining that the abduction was part of a plan and Hanabi would be safe.

Ch. 433In the silence...

Toneri returned to the moon, took Hanabi’s eyes to awaken the Tenseigan, and planned to wait out the destruction of the earth with Hinata. On Blue Moon Island, Sakura continued her ritual prostrations and admitted she would accept whatever choice Sasuke made, while Karin offered to become Sarada’s godmother.

  • Toneri returned to the moon, placed Hanabi in the palace bedchamber, and implanted her eyes in his own sockets to awaken the Tenseigan.
  • Sasuke learned that Toneri had attacked the Hyuga, acknowledged that he had lost his bet with Orochimaru, and agreed to do one thing Orochimaru requested.
  • Sakura performed full prostrations before the Feathered Serpent God’s portrait, continuing her effort to complete the hundred thousand required to awaken its power.
  • Karin asked Sakura whether she planned to rekindle her relationship with Sasuke, and Sakura said she would respect his choice and be content to help him.
  • Karin gave Sakura her glasses as an early gift for Sarada and asked to be Sarada’s godmother.

Ch. 434Pale Moon revealed (Part one)

Hanabi was kidnapped by Toneri, who took her eyes and sealed the passage between Earth and the moon. As Sasuke's group searched for another way to reach the moon, Orochimaru revealed that the Blue Moon above them was the real moon, hidden by an ancient Ōtsutsuki.

  • Toneri took Hanabi's eyes and questioned her after she recognized him and warned him of his plans.
  • Toneri closed the Earth-Moon Space Channel, and Tobirama noticed the barrier collapse.
  • Sasuke's group discussed how to reach the moon and rejected Hinata's offer to act as bait.
  • Orochimaru explained that Sasuke could survive in space with the White Cursed Seal's Adaptive Modification, but said there was another route to the moon.
  • Orochimaru revealed that the Blue Moon was the real moon, hidden by an Ōtsutsuki who arrived before Kaguya, and Sasuke suspected Blue Moon Island was connected to it.

Ch. 435Pale Moon unveiled (II)

Orochimaru led Sasuke and the others to the Dragon God Temple, where Karin alone could read a tablet revealing why Ōtsutsuki Ryūshiki came to Earth. The inscription said Ryūshiki willingly sacrificed himself to the Ten-Tails, leaving Sasuke to question what that meant for Urashiki.

  • Orochimaru explained that Blue Moon Island's natural energy came from moonlight transformed by the real moon's magnetic field.
  • Orochimaru led the group to a gorge, where he revealed the Dragon God Temple hidden beneath the river and explained that he had discovered it after Obito's attack.
  • Sasuke and the others entered the temple and found a blank tablet that Karin could read with her Ketsuryūgan.
  • Orochimaru explained that only someone with both Ōtsutsuki power and the power of the Four Gods of the Earth could see the tablet's writing.
  • Karin read that Ryūshiki had brought the Ten-Tails to Earth, and the inscription revealed that Ryūshiki had willingly sacrificed himself to it.

Ch. 436Pale Moon revealed (III): Setting out

Sasuke learned that Ryūshiki had chosen him to fulfill a sixty-year destiny and that the Tenseigan was needed to reach the Pale Moon. After Hinata persuaded him to take her along to rescue Hanabi, Sasuke used the Human Path and Naraka Path to bring her through the one-person teleportation array, then set out for the Pale Moon.

  • Sasuke questioned the idea of destiny, while Orochimaru explained that Ryūshiki had chosen him and left Karasuki, Blue Moon Island, and the Record of Heaven’s True Names for the destined one.
  • Orochimaru revealed that the teleportation array to the Pale Moon could carry only one person and required Tenseigan power to repair, so Sasuke decided to absorb both Toneri’s Tenseigan and the Giant Tenseigan at the Hamura Shrine.
  • Hinata asked Sasuke to take her along, explaining that she needed to rescue Hanabi and that her Hyuga chakra could help him absorb the shrine’s Tenseigan.
  • Sasuke pulled Hinata’s soul from her body with the Human Path and stored her and her soul inside the King of Hell summoned through the Naraka Path.
  • Sasuke entered the teleportation array and vanished in a flash of light, setting out for the Pale Moon.

Ch. 437The Uchiha land on the moon!

Sasuke crossed the vacuum of space to reach Toneri’s moon, where Toneri awakened his tenseigan and used it to force Hanabi to reveal Sasuke’s name. Sasuke destroyed the moon’s protective barrier and confronted Toneri, setting up a battle between their eyes’ powers.

  • Sasuke crossed the real moon’s surface, broke through the barrier around the false moon, and adapted his body to survive the vacuum.
  • Toneri awakened his tenseigan and threatened Hanabi, then used the Mind Sphere to control her and make her reveal that Sasuke Uchiha knew about him.
  • Before Hanabi could explain how Sasuke learned about Toneri, an explosion shook the Moon Palace and shattered its protective barrier.
  • Toneri saw Sasuke outside the Palace and summoned hundreds of Reincarnation Eye puppets to attack him.
  • Sasuke shed his protective bone armor, faced Toneri’s puppets with his Rinnegan, and unleashed Super Shinra Tensei.

Ch. 438Sasuke Uchiha vs. Otsutsuki Toneri! Rinnegan vs. Tenseigan!

Sasuke Uchiha battled Otsutsuki Toneri on the moon, testing the Tenseigan’s powers while demanding Hanabi’s release. After Sasuke wounded him with Amenotejikara, Toneri healed himself and entered Tenseigan Chakra Mode, preparing to unleash his full power.

  • Sasuke used Super Shinra Tensei to destroy Toneri’s puppet army and devastate the palace, then demanded that Toneri hand over Hanabi.
  • Toneri’s chakra-absorbing attack struck Sasuke’s Wood Release Clone, and Sasuke appeared behind him and countered with Chidori.
  • Sasuke absorbed Toneri’s close-range Mind Sphere with the Preta Path and kicked him into the ruins.
  • Toneri used a focused gravitational attack, but Sasuke switched places with the Black Blade: Kusanagi and stabbed him in the chest with Amenotejikara.
  • Toneri healed his wound with a Green Truth-Seeking Orb, then activated Tenseigan Chakra Mode and sent Green Truth-Seeking Orb shuriken raining toward Sasuke.

Ch. 439An overwhelming gap!

Sasuke overwhelmed Toneri's Tenseigan attacks and countered the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, which cut deep into the Lunar Surface and seemed to disturb something sealed below. Toneri summoned the Hamura Statue, but Sasuke discovered it could regenerate endlessly unless Toneri was defeated.

  • Sasuke's Outer Path Husk withstood Toneri's Truth-Seeking Orb barrage, and Sasuke's Purple Aura Eight Trigrams overpowered Silver Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, sending Toneri crashing into a crater.
  • Toneri blamed his lack of mastery over the newly awakened Tenseigan and unleashed Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, but Sasuke used Amenotejikara to swap places with a distant stone pillar.
  • Toneri's golden attack split the Lunar Surface, and Sasuke heard a mournful sound from deep within the fissure and suspected it had reached something terrifying that remained sealed away.
  • Toneri summoned the Hamura Statue, whose enormous fist cracked the Outer Path Husk's arm, but Sasuke destroyed the statue with black flames and Flame Spears.
  • The stones reformed into the Hamura Statue, and Sasuke concluded that it would regenerate endlessly unless Toneri was defeated.

Ch. 440Toneri, Toneri—Who Else but Me!

Sasuke defeated Toneri, but Toneri triggered the moon’s self-destruction and threatened Hanabi among the falling fragments. Sasuke slowed the meteorites and headed for the Hamura Shrine with Hinata to take control of the Giant Tenseigan and find Hanabi.

  • Sasuke used Ashubha to pierce Toneri and disable his Tenseigan Chakra Mode, destroying the Hamura Statue.
  • Toneri revealed that breaking his Tenseigan Chakra Mode had activated the moon’s self-destruction program and claimed Hanabi was attached to one of its fragments.
  • Sasuke created a Black Core that pulled in some meteorites and slowed the rest, while refusing to follow Toneri’s demands.
  • Sasuke said he would use the Giant Tenseigan in the Hamura Shrine to locate and save Hanabi.
  • Sasuke summoned Hinata from the King of Hell, and she climbed onto Susanoo’s hand as Toneri’s eyes entered their final maturation phase.
  • Sasuke flew with Hinata toward the Hamura Shrine.
