After leaving the Hokage Building, Qingyun hurried toward the Senju Clan Compound. Kushina had only recently become a Jinchūriki, and although the Nine-Tails was behaving himself, Mito Uzumaki had also left behind some chakra before her death to help Kushina suppress him.
Even so, the Nine-Tails constantly emitted chakra steeped in negative emotions, making Kushina's moods extremely unstable.

With tenderness filling his heart, Qingyun continued toward the Senju Ancestral Estate, picturing Kushina's excited expression.
Suddenly, Qingyun frowned and slowly stopped. A sword appeared in his right hand, three feet seven inches long and weighing roughly eight jin and six liang. Its hilt was cast from antique Bronze and adorned with a dragon motif. The blade was set into the dragon's mouth, fitting seamlessly into its sheath.
Though the sword remained sheathed, the moment it appeared, razor-sharp sword energy filled the air around it.
