He had been sitting in Root, enjoying hot pot and humming a tune, pondering how to deal the Uchiha another heavy blow.
And then, of all things...
He had been minding his own business when blame came crashing down out of nowhere.
That bastard Yan Uchiha simply refused to play by the rules. Danzo had not even gone looking for trouble yet, but Yan had already made his move.
Absolutely fucking hateful.
In all his years of throwing his weight around Konoha, he had never met anyone so shameless.
That was right.
No matter whom he had dealt with before, when they came after him, he usually endured it, retaliating only a little at most.
In short, there had always been some give-and-take.
But Yan Uchiha?
The man was like a rabid dog. Danzo could swear to heaven that, ever since Yan Uchiha took power, he had never once provoked the Uchiha first.
Sure, he had plans in his head, but those needed to be carefully worked out.
God fucking damn it.
At least let me finish arranging my schemes and take one shot at your Uchiha. Then you can hit me back, and that would be fair.
But what had actually happened?
He had barely managed to put together the rough outline of a plan, and before he could even take a step, that bastard Yan Uchiha had already hammered him right in the forehead.
Fine. There was nothing he could do.

Once again, he had given Danzo no chance to strike first and punched him straight in the face.
