The Jonin Meeting was held in the conference room on the top floor of the Hokage Building.

This was Konoha's highest-level meeting. Few people attended. Apart from the Third Hokage himself, there were only six jonin-two representatives of the advisory council, the ANBU commander and deputy commander, and two veteran Jonin Commanders. With Jin Uchiha, that made seven. Itachi stood behind the Third Hokage without a seat. He had come as an observer today.

Every window in the conference room was shut tight. The curtains were half drawn, blocking the harsh morning sunlight outside. There was no tea, no water, and no notebook on the long table, only a thin dossier and a desk lamp in front of the Third Hokage. The air was heavy with the smell of smoke and old wood. Even breathing felt stifling.

When Danzo walked in, Jin Uchiha raised his eyes to glance at him. The man in his sixties held himself ramrod straight and walked with steady steps, his face betraying nothing unusual. His gaze swept over the people seated along one side of the conference table before settling on the Third Hokage.

"Lord Third." Danzo gave a slight nod and sat at the other end of the table.

Beside him sat Utatane Koharu and Mitokado Homura, the two representatives of the advisory council. Koharu looked tense, while Homura sat expressionless with his arms folded. Clearly, neither knew the exact subject of today's meeting.

The Third Hokage dispensed with pleasantries. He opened the dossier in front of him and pushed the original copy of Yagura's psychological assessment into the center of the table.

"Everyone, I called this emergency Jonin Meeting because there is a matter of utmost importance we must discuss together." The Third Hokage's voice was quiet but firm. "These documents were seized
