"'The Adventures of Princess Gale'?"
Naruto, Sasuke, and Hinata exchanged bewildered looks as they stared at the stack of videotapes Kakashi had shoved into their hands.
Kakashi then explained, "Our mission this time is to escort and protect the lead actress of the film series 'The Adventures of Princess Gale' while she travels to the Land of Snow to finish filming. This commission came in quite a while ago, but various things kept delaying it..."
"Also, the client isn't in our village right now. Starting tomorrow, we'll have some traveling to do, so you can use today to watch these tapes and learn a little about her."
"Meet at the village entrance at six tomorrow morning. Be ready to leave."
With that, Kakashi vanished before their eyes using the Body Flicker Technique, moving so nimbly that he showed no sign of being injured.
Even the crutch he had used to play up his injuries had disappeared to who knew where.
"Videotapes... how do we watch them?" Naruto was completely baffled. In this life, he had spent his childhood constantly training rather than wandering around, leaving him utterly unfamiliar with these newer forms of entertainment. He could only turn to Hinata.
"Well, my family is fairly traditional, so we don't really use things like these..." Hinata looked just as lost.
"Hmph."
Sasuke, on the other hand, casually tucked the tapes away and turned to leave, looking utterly confident.
"Wait, Sasuke, do you have a VCR at home?"
"Why would I have something like that?"
Sasuke turned his head, both hands in his pockets. If not for the ointment on his face, he would have looked incredibly cool.
"Didn't Kakashi say it was a movie? Then why don't we just go see it at the cinema?"
"Doesn't that cost quite a bit?"
