"Do you have any ideas?" Danzo sighed and tossed the documents in his hand to Dave.
"...You're asking me? Aren't you the Hokage? No, seriously, why have you come to me every time this kind of crap crops up over the years? You're the Hokage!" Dave asked in confusion, holding the documents.
"You said it yourself: the Hokage is the face of the village. All the Hokage needs to do is patrol the streets, calling out, 'Hello, comrades! Thank you for your hard work, comrades!' and leave everything else to his subordinates. So I came to you. Is there a problem with that? No, there isn't," Danzo said calmly.

"I asked some of the clan kids who used to attend the Ninja Academy. Their clans originally planned to band together and negotiate directly with the Senju and Uchiha Clans, but... I'm the Senju Clan's leader, and Kagami is the Uchiha Clan's leader... They didn't dare."
