Obito looked toward the voice...
It belonged to a little girl his age. She had an oval face decorated with face paint, and her lovely hair fell just to her shoulders. Her pale eyes added a touch of liveliness and charm to her already pretty, adorable face.
"Oh, Kakashi! Salt-grilled and miso soup-flavored dango again?" the little girl asked Kakashi with a smile.
"Yeah, Rin. I brought this idiot along. Hey, idiot, what kind of dango do you want?" Kakashi nodded, then turned to Obito.
"Hmm... I'll just have sweet dango," Obito said after a moment's thought.
"All right. Please give us a moment." The little girl, Rin, smiled and headed into the kitchen.
"Is her name Rin?" Obito asked as he sat beside Kakashi.
"Yeah. She's from the Hyuga Clan. Her name's Lin Hyuga." Kakashi nodded.
"I see. Say, if I asked her to be my friend, do you think she'd agree?" Obito asked thoughtfully.
"You? I doubt Rin would. Anyone with a functioning brain wouldn't be stupid enough to hang around an idiot who thinks one plus one equals four," Kakashi sneered.
