Once Kakashi had finished tidying up, Obito hurriedly straightened himself up and went to open the door.
"Oh, Obito, you really are at Kakashi's house," Rin said in surprise, frowning at the rather tipsy Obito before her.
"Hehe, Rin, you're so smart. How did you know I was here?" Obito smiled shyly and scratched his head.
"You weren't home, and Grandma Tsukimi said you'd gone to find Kakashi, so I came straight here. You idiot, Obito. We agreed I'd come find you, but you went and ran off first," Rin said helplessly.
"Ah... well... I forgot, I forgot... Rin, you know how busy I am with official duties every day, running around doing this and that. The ninjutsu lessons and stuff my Great-Grandfather arranged for me are scheduled all the way up until I have a grandson..." Obito said without so much as blushing.
Was there anything wrong with what he'd said? Tobirama really had scheduled enough lessons to last until he had a grandson... the Will of Fire, forbidden techniques, taijutsu, ninjutsu, chakra capacity, how to use the Sharingan, and so on...
"Then why are you out playing? Shouldn't you be studying at home?" Rin asked in confusion.
"Eh, my Great-Grandfather usually isn't home anyway. I can just sneak out," Obito said, waving a hand without a care.
"By the way, where's Kakashi? Why haven't I seen him?" Rin looked around, then turned to Obito questioningly.
"He went to tidy things up just now. Huh, you're right. Where is he?" Obito turned and looked around in confusion.
"Let's go find him." Rin walked into the courtyard and began searching with Obito.
But even after searching all over the place, neither of them found any trace of that little white-haired boy.
