A stood with Mabui, staring thoughtfully at the Wine Cellar hatch in the ground.
"Here?" A asked after a moment of silence.
"...This is the address he sent." Mabui paused, then took out her phone and checked it, looking a little doubtful herself.
A opened his mouth, but had no idea what to say. With no other choice, he walked over to the hatch and tapped lightly on it with his finger.
"Just a moment! Coming!" a voice called from inside.
A and Mabui exchanged a look. Then A happened to glance at his finger... Huh? Why had it turned yellow?
A glanced around, then checked Mabui, who was still staring at the hatch below. He secretly raised his finger beneath his nose, flared his nostrils, and took a careful sniff.
Instantly, a bizarre, utterly foul stench of piss and filth shot straight into A's cerebral cortex and central nervous system... One strange image after another flashed through his mind like a revolving lantern.
"Bleurgh!"
"Lord Raikage, did you eat something bad at lunch?" Mabui asked irritably, looking at A as he lay on the ground, clutching his throat and pressing the spot beneath his nose.
Watching him pinch himself like that gave Mabui a headache. How had she ended up with a Raikage like this?
"So... so foul... Bleurgh!!" A lay sprawled on the ground, his face flushed as he clutched his throat with one hand and vomited mouthful after mouthful onto the ground.
"Lord Raikage, welcome... Bleurgh!!!"
Just then, the hatch slowly opened. Beaming, Kitsuchi pushed up the wooden hatch above him. Before he could finish his greeting, he saw A sprawled over the opening, still vomiting—and the vomit landed squarely in Kitsuchi's open mouth.
"Bleurgh!!!"
