Milotic's Rain Dance was even stronger than Primarina's. After all, it had gained more benefits from Leaping Over the Dragon Gate.

This time, it did not hold the rain to a light drizzle. A torrential downpour came pouring down, yet remained neatly confined to this small section of the Training Ground. Otherwise, the Airship might have had to suspend operations.

"Roar!" The downpour made Charizard deeply uncomfortable. It opened its mouth, trying to use Sunny Day, but no matter how it called out, it could not stop the rain the way Ninetales had.

Milotic had an even greater talent for Rain Dance than Primarina, while Charizard's Sunny Day fell far short of Ninetales's, despite its higher energy level.
